2021 Year End Review

A very late year-end review for 2021! It was another year of injury and illness. Last February, I fell, breaking two fingers and skinning my knee! In May, I started training for the 2021 London Marathon (as part of the inaugural Wanda Age Group Championship). But in September, I tested positive for COVID-19! Training Supplement – June 1, 2018

With summer heat looming, I bought some light-weight running clothes.  I ran speed workouts on the Four Mile Run Trail and proclaimed it “my track”.  After most of my hard days, I refueled with recovery drinks.  And, I finally watched

Training Supplement – December 7, 2016

I haven’t been too focused on running lately, so I skipped two weeks of running-related gear, music, podcasts, etc.  Going forward, I’m going to cut down the frequency of this type of post.  Weekly might be too much.  I’m thinking
