My 2019 Boston Marathon Training Plan

The 2019 Boston Marathon is on Monday, April 15th. For this training cycle, I chose the “Advanced” plan from Hansons Marathon Method by Luke Humphrey as my foundation. The schedule is 18 weeks, which made my start date December 10th.
