Training

Current Training

Currently, I’m training for the 2017 New York City Marathon.  I’m planning to follow the 18 week, 70 to 80 miles per week plan in the second edition of Advanced Marathoning by Pete Pfitzinger and Scott Douglas.  I will start training for the race in early July.  The race is on Sunday, November 5th.


Past Training

Most recently, I ran the 2017 Eugene Marathon.  I created my own training plan after reading The Science of Running by Steve Magness.

Before that, I trained for the 2016 New York City Marathon and 2016 Boston Marathon.
